The Chantel Ray Real Estate Revenue Share Program provides incentives, in the form of cash rewards, to Chantel Ray Real Estate agents and licensed admin who actively recruit other real estate agents to Chantel Ray Real Estate. Attract a real estate agent to Chantel Ray Real Estate by doing the following:
1. Initiate a recruiting conversation with a real estate agent.
2. Give Candidate Submission Form to your Managing Partner.
3. Maintain communication and follow the directives of your Managing Partner.
