Chantel Ray is the founder and CEO of Chantel Ray Real Estate – a multi-million dollar real estate company that is based in Virginia Beach. Chantel Ray Real Estate employs over 200 agents, support staff, and corporate managers, and currently has seven locations in North Carolina and Virginia. Since she works in an industry that is constantly changing, Chantel is laser-focused on keeping her company on the cutting edge of technology and systems. Who wants to be a taxi cab in the world of Uber or a Blockbuster in the world of Netflix? One of Chantel’s greatest passions is developing leaders, and pouring into those around her, both in the workplace, as well as her church and community. Her daily mantra is “I develop leaders, it’s not what I do, it’s who I am.” She practices this by mentoring her team, speaking to business owners around the country, and hosting weekly Bible studies in her home. Most recently, Chantel is the author of “Waist Away: The Chantel Ray Way”, which is currently on the top 1% of all books on Amazon. She is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College, a proud wife to Rhyan, and the mother of two.

Heather

Heather Roemmich is the Chief Operating Officer of Chantel Ray Real Estate, where she started working as an entry-level office admin shortly after college. As the organization evolved, so did Heather, as she learned and mastered each position at the company. In over ten years at Chantel Ray Real Estate, her leadership roles have included Mentor, Managing Partner, Director of Operations, Assistant Vice President, and now COO. If you’re facing a challenge or bottleneck in your business, chances are, Heather’s seen it too and has come up with a solution for it!

People love to work with Heather because she is constantly innovating, challenging those around her to be the best version of themselves, and making you laugh along the way.

Heather is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech, where she served on the executive council of her sorority, Pi Beta Phi, and is a mom to two!
