70% / 30% Split
70% goes to the agent, 30% goes to the company, until the $20,000 cap is met.
Once the agent caps, they will receive 100% commission on all transactions for the remainder of the year.
Their team members will be eligible for the 100% once they contribute a “half-cap” or “quarter-cap” as applicable.
Company dollar that apply to the cap are any closing in which you do not pay a referral fee to Chantel Ray.
Most of the time this will be a personal sphere closing in which no referral fee is paid to the company.
