General Summary:

The Circle Leader is someone who sponsors agents into the company and helps them drive their sales. They are a key driver in the growth of their circle and the company as a whole. They will have excellent communication skills, have a passion for the company, inspire those who they lead, and create fun and exciting streams to drive sales and revenue.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • They will provide exceptional leadership and support to the agents in their circle.
  • Constantly attract agents to their circle and the company as a whole.
  • May conduct transactions and closings.
  • Promptly respond to agents questions for assistance.
  • Provide sales coaching and lead agents in their circle.
  • Must be a licensed real estate agent.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Desire to lead and coach individuals.
  • Leadership and/or Coaching experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly collaborative and capable of working with others within the organization.


  • Commissions from any transactions they close.
  • Circle leaders receive 5% of the company dollar each month for each of the circles they lead.
  • Proceeds from the Revenue Share Program.
