Branch Office Administrator Description

Job duties to include:

Make sure office is presentable at all times
Onboard New Agents per onboarding checklists
Terminate agents if an agent leaves
Distribute Mail daily
Hand out Moving Truck Gift Certificates
Any maintenance issues that come up
Office Equipment
Commission Check Processing
EMD Deposit Processing
Cover for Listing Coordinator if out- or complete the job if there is no Listing Coordinator
Cover for Transaction Coordinator if out or complete the job if there is no Transaction Coordinator
Greet clients and Offer Refreshments

Order supplies
Spot Check Cleaning Company’s Work
All Marketing agreement are up to date/ Add any new ones
Make sure all licenses are current
